Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
•\tHandle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, consumables, and services as per production requirements.

. Handle end-to-end procurement of raw materials, consumables, CAPEX (capital equipment), and OPEX (operational items & services) as per production and project requirements.
•\tIdentify, evaluate, and develop new vendors; maintain strong supplier relationships.
•\tNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to ensure cost efficiency.
•\tGenerate and track Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials.
•\tCoordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for requirement planning and issue resolution.
•\tMonitor inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability.
•\tEnsure compliance with company policies, documentation, and audit requirements.

Requirements:
•\tGraduate / B Tech / MBA preferred.
•\t4-7 years of experience in procurement (manufacturing/electronics preferred).
•\tStrong negotiation and vendor management skills.
•\tKnowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
•\tGood communication and analytical skills.
