Purchase Sourcing Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to reduce costs, improve quality, and increase supplier performance.
• Manage vendor relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and contract management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify material requirements and develop procurement strategies that meet business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and supplier capabilities to inform purchasing decisions.

Job Requirements :

• 12-18 years of experience in purchase sourcing or a related field (e.g., procurement).
• Proven track record of achieving cost reductions through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Strong understanding of commercial negotiations, material planning, and vendor development principles.
• Experience working in the automobile industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
