Purchase (Raw Material)- Follow Up Team

Role & responsibilities

1. Follow up with vendors for all pending purchase orders.

2. Maintain regular communication with vendors through calls and emails.

3. Maintain dispatch details, transporter information, docket numbers, and expected delivery dates.

4. Coordinate with vendors and transporters to ensure timely delivery

5. Follow up on delayed shipments & transit issues

6. Communicate material shortages and supply delays to the stake holder

7. Prioritize urgent materials based on production requirements and customer commitments.

8. Coordinate with PPIC, Store person, QC/QA, if any challenge in material

Identify critical materials that may affect production schedules.
