Job Description – PO Executive/Sr Executive / Marketing

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore

Work Mode: Work from Office – Monday to Friday + 2 Saturdays

We are looking for a PO Executive with a finance background to support the Marketing team in PO creation, budget coordination, vendor invoices, and vendor onboarding.

• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs) for Marketing.
• Maintain budget files and coordinate with Finance.
• Verify vendor invoices and share them with Finance for processing.
• Handle vendor onboarding and document verification.
• Coordinate with vendors, Finance, and internal teams for timely closure.
• Maintain records of POs, invoices, budgets, and vendor documents.

Preferred: Candidates from Retail, FMCG, or E-commerce with Finance/Commerce background.
