Purchase Officer / Supervisor

An international Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) company engaged in turnkey construction of petroleum, oil & gas storage terminals in India and abroad is looking for immediate joiners for the following positions:

1. Purchase Officer Head Office (CBD Belapur)

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Research and identify potential vendors

* Compare and evaluate supplier quotations

* Negotiate pricing and contract terms

* Track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials

* Verify quality of purchased materials

* Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor data

* Prepare purchase reports and cost analysis

* Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders

* Coordinate with warehouse for proper storage

* Stay updated with industry trends (trade shows, exhibitions)

* Work on inventory management systems (Zoho Inventory preferred)

* Prepare and issue purchase orders as per requirements

- Coordinate with clients for material approvals and acceptance

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Graduate (commerce/technical preferred)

* Experience in procurement or purchase function

* Strong negotiation and analytical skills

* Familiarity with inventory software (Zoho preferred)

2. Supervisor Warehouse (Taloja MIDC)

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintenance and upkeep of:

a) Welding machines

b) Rolling machines

c) Hydraulic jacks

d) Automatic welding machines

e) Painting equipment

f) Civil construction equipment

* Ensure proper functioning of all workshop machinery

* Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules

* Coordinate with project and workshop teams

* Maintain records of maintenance and repairs

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Any graduate (technical background preferred)

* Experience in workshop maintenance

* Hands-on experience with construction equipment

* Good coordination and problem-solving skills
