Job Summary

Spacewood Furnishers Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Officer to support the purchase department in procurement activities, vendor coordination, and maintaining purchase records.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in purchasing materials as per company requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.

- Prepare and maintain purchase orders and procurement-related documents.

- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.

- Maintain purchase records, bills, and vendor databases.

- Compare quotations and assist in cost-effective purchasing decisions.

- Coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.

- Maintain daily purchase reports and records using MS Excel.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering, B.Com, or B.Sc.

- Experience: 0-2 years in purchase or procurement; freshers may also apply.

- Technical Skills: Must have working knowledge of MS Excel.

- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Hingna/MIHAN, Nagpur, Maharashtra.
