Purchase Officer/Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers.
• Track and manage inventory levels.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
• Monitor market trends and conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software.
