Purchase Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Procure medical equipment, medicines, consumables, and hospital supplies as per departmental requirements.
• Identify and evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers for cost-effective purchases.
• Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Verify purchased items for quality, quantity, and specifications before acceptance.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock to avoid shortages.
• Coordinate with stores, pharmacy, and hospital departments to fulfill procurement needs.

Qual: Any Graduation
