Purchase Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to manage procurement activities for our restaurant operations, ensuring quality products, cost efficiency, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, kitchen equipment, and operational supplies.
• Identify, negotiate, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure competitive pricing, product quality, and timely deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock requirements, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with Kitchen, Operations, and Finance teams to fulfil procurement needs.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor documentation, and MIS reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety standards.

Experience: 58 years in procurement, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or F&B industry.

Key Skills: Vendor Management, Negotiation, Cost Control, Inventory Management, and Excel/MIS Reporting.
