Purchase Manager

We are looking for an experienced Purchase professional with 10-15 years of experience in procurement of domestic and imported materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workflow.

• Handle procurement of domestic and imported materials.

• Good knowledge of import procedures and Incoterms.

• Monitor delivery timelines and coordinate with suppliers to resolve transit delays.

• Identify, evaluate and onboard alternate/new vendors to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.

• Prepare MIS reports and procurement analysis using Excel and computer applications.

• Negotiate pricing, credit terms and service level agreements (SLAs) with suppliers.

• Conduct periodic vendor evaluations based on quality, delivery performance and cost competitiveness.

Desired Profile:

• 10-15 years of experience in Purchase & Procurement.

• Strong experience in domestic and international sourcing.

• Good knowledge of import documentation and Incoterms.

• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.

• Advanced Excel and MIS reporting skills.

• Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred.
