Purchase Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage procurement operations from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
• Plan and execute purchasing activities according to organizational needs and budget constraints.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, track orders, and resolve issues related to deliveries.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in purchase management or a related field (Manufacturing industry preferred).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of purchase operations, purchase planning, purchase vendor development, procurement planning, negotiation skills.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in leadership role in purchase, in manufacturing unit.
