Role & responsibilities:

• Sourcing, evaluating and onboarding reliable suppliers / vendors.
• Vendors development / vendors management.
• Negotiating favourable pricing, payment terms, and contract terms with vendors.
• Monitoring stock levels and forecasting material demands to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
• Maintaining complete database / inventory management of customers.
• Manage procurement budgets, analyze market trends, and implement cost-saving opportunities / strategies.
• Ensure purchased items meet safety and quality standards and comply with legal or company policies.
• Monitoring supplier performance and maintaining relationships.
• Making timely GRN, stock maintaining, arranging documents for billing purpose.
• Handling imports shipment with documentation.
• End-to-end order management.
• Logistics end-to-end delivery management.
• Managing budgets and approving purchase orders.
