Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement operations using the Account Management System (AMS).
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard, and develop domestic and international suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
• Drive cost optimization and value engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Category, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor purchase budgets, procurement KPIs, and vendor performance.
• Ensure timely procurement and optimal inventory levels.
• Manage purchase orders, approvals, GRNs, and procurement documentation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, statutory regulations, and internal controls.
• Prepare MIS reports, spend analysis, procurement dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team while driving continuous improvement.
