Purchase Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of Non-Food items & Packaging Materials.
• Develop, evaluate, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, contracts, and payment conditions to achieve cost efficiencies.
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality and service levels.
• Ensure timely procurement and uninterrupted availability of materials across all locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Stores, Operations, and Finance for demand planning.
• Source and onboard new vendors while evaluating supplier performance on quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, documentation, and internal control processes.
• Prepare procurement MIS, purchase reports, spend analysis, and vendor performance reports.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for new product launches, packaging development, and operational requirements.
• Drive continuous process improvements in procurement and vendor management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate with 7-12 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase.
• Mandatory experience in Non-Food and Packaging procurement.
• Experience in the Hospitality, QSR, FMCG, or Retail industry is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, analytical, and commercial skills.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
