PURCHASE MANAGER (PEST CONTROL DIVISION)

Job Description

• Manage end-to-end purchase and procurement activities.
• Source and procure pest-control chemicals, equipment, PPE, tools, and consumables.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices and commercial terms.
• Ensure timely availability and delivery of materials to branches.
• Monitor inventory levels and avoid stock shortages, overstocking, expiry, and wastage.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance for chemical and material purchases.
• Coordinate with Operations, Stores, Accounts, Branches, and vendors.
• Prepare purchase reports, MIS, and vendor performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
