Purchase & Inward Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Inward Entry Operator to record incoming materials, maintain accurate stock records, verify documents, and coordinate with the stores, purchase, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter daily inward material details accurately into the system.
• Verify incoming materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
• Maintain inward registers, stock records, and inventory reports.
• Check material quantities and report discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation of incoming materials.
• Coordinate with the purchase and production teams regarding material receipts.
• Update stock details using MS Excel or ERP software.
• Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of company records.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any Degree / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Engineering background preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and ERP software is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Experience

• 2-5 years in a relevant field
