Purchase Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the procurement process from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and managing supplier performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and disposal of excess or obsolete items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards in all purchasing activities.

Job Requirements :

• 10-20 years of experience in construction or real estate industry with a focus on procurement or purchase roles.
• Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards relevant to the construction sector.
• Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
