Purchase Head

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective purchase plans to meet business objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships to negotiate prices, quality standards, and lead times.
• Identify new vendors and develop strategies for sourcing raw materials at competitive rates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce waste.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components to support production.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

• Strong knowledge of purchase planning, raw material procurement, and new vendor development.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Experience in team handling is desirable.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing industry operations and regulations is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive strategic decision-making.
