Purchase Head, builder

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective purchase plans to meet business objectives, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Identify new vendors and opportunities for cost savings through strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory management, reduce waste, and improve supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 10-15 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles within the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of strategic procurement principles, including risk assessment, negotiation techniques, and contract administration.
• Proven track record in developing strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to drive mutual benefit.
