Purchase Executives

Role & responsibilities

• Must have the experience of purchasing Groceries, IT and costruction materilas
• Plan and execute purchases to maintain stock levels.
• Create purchase orders and manage buying activities.
• Follow up with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Negotiate prices with suppliers to achieve cost savings.
• Coordinate with the Accounts department for bill passing and payment.
• Handle all functions of direct and indirect material purchases.
