Jewellery Goods Receipt and Quality check

1. Receiving goods purchased by merchandising team and verifying total and individual wts
2. Quality check for design, hallmarking, screws, size and stones and metal finishing
3. Goods entry in software and matching Goods Receipt Note with Invoice by vendor
4. Verifying stone, labour and metal rate in invoice as per agreed policy with vendor
5. Creating barcodes in system

Critical Stock and Repeat design orders

1. Checking stock level of designs earmarked as as critical and placing Purchase Orders (PO) after senior;s approval
2. Repeat stock orders for fast selling designs

Quality Control

1. Getting feedback from Stores for design faults and timely action
2. Ensuring correct quality supply to stores before dispatch.

Requirements

1. Experience as merchandiser / purchase executive of min 2 years at any jewellery store, manufacturer or wholeseller(mandatory)
2. Quick in Excel, Word and general computer use. Basic proficiency in English, Marathi, Hindi
