Software Skills: SAP Business One

Job Responsibility:

• Job Role & Responsibility
• Doing vender requisition approval & evaluations.
• Placing order for standard stock items as per request & maintaining purchase record.
• Making purchase order.
• Arrange receipts & issue of material & updating stock & scraps.
• Arrange dispatches of finished products with required documentation within time.
• Maintain excise/ dispatch records.
• helps to implementation of ISO standards.

Functional Objectives

• Ensure no complaints on short supply /damaged material as per packing list.
• Ensure that production hours are not lost due to non-availability of tools & materials.
• Ensure correct dispatches & proper documentation.
• Create awareness in all customers, vendors, suppliers about ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001.
• Ensure proper disposing of all waste material.
