Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Purchase Executive with strong negotiation and vendor management skills. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing materials, obtaining competitive quotations, negotiating prices and terms, ensuring timely procurement, and maintaining effective supplier relationships to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end procurement activities for raw materials, consumables, components, and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
• Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely material availability as per production or business requirements.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Maintain procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
• Analyze market trends and pricing to achieve cost savings opportunities.
• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Planning, and Finance teams for procurement planning and material requirements.
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, delivery, and commercial terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
• Support inventory optimization by maintaining appropriate stock levels and minimizing excess inventory.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in Purchase, Procurement, or Supply Chain functions.
