Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage purchase operations, including procurement planning, vendor management, and price negotiation.
• Prepare and process purchase orders using MS Office tools like Excel and Tally.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors through effective communication and collaboration.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials while maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize focus on cost reduction initiatives to optimize purchasing processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in purchase operations or related field (BPO industry preferred).
• B.Tech degree in Computers or equivalent qualification required; relevant certifications an added advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) and familiarity with ERP systems (Tally).
• Strong understanding of Raw Material Procurement principles and practices.
