Purchase Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Purchase Coordinator to manage procurement, supplier follow-ups, import shipments, and packing material requirements while ensuring timely availability of stock.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase plans based on inventory levels and sales requirements.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers for pricing, production, and delivery.
• Track China imports, shipments, and expected arrival dates.
• Manage packing material procurement and ensure timely availability.
• Coordinate with accounts for supplier payments, invoices, and purchase documentation.
• Maintain purchase trackers, shipment records, and supplier databases.
• Coordinate with warehouse and e-commerce teams to prevent stock-outs.
• Maintain daily task updates and independently follow up on pending activities.

Required Skills

• Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-6 years of purchase or procurement experience.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Import experience will be an added advantage.
