We are looking to hire a suitable candidate for the position of Purchase Executive. The candidate should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in purchase activities and vendor coordination.

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of preparing comparative statements independently.
  
  
• Good professional email drafting and communication skills.
  
  
• Basic to intermediate working knowledge of MS Excel for daily purchase-related work.
  
  
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4HANA processes such as PR, PO, GRN, and related purchase activities.
  
  
• Good MS Word skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
  
  
• Experience in vendor follow-up and coordination with internal departments.
  
  
• Ability to raise Purchase Orders (POs) and close daily assigned tasks on time.
  
  
• Good understanding of procurement processes and documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in purchase/procurement activities.
  
  
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  
  
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  
  
• Responsible and result-oriented approach towards daily work.
  
  
• Good knowledge of the Jaipur market and local suppliers to support purchase activities effectively
