Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for vendor follow-up to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Source and develop new vendors for raw materials and packaging materials while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Generate and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per procurement requirements.
• Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Coordinate with stores, production, and accounts teams for smooth procurement operations.
• Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and procurement reports in Excel/ERP.
