About this role
We're Hiring! Purchase Executive
People's University, Bhopal is looking for an experienced Purchase Executive to join our team.
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 3–5 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Purchase IT items such as network cables, CCTV cameras, wires, Wi-Fi equipment, and other IT materials
- Purchase lift materials and follow up on lift service and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, negotiations, delivery, and timely supply
- Handle local purchase of electrical items
- Maintain purchase records and ensure items are received as per requirement
What We're Looking For:
- 3–5 years of experience in purchase/procurement
- Knowledge of IT, electrical, or maintenance-related purchasing is an advantage
- Good vendor coordination and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail
