## Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, purchase orders, and material sourcing. The ideal candidate should have experience in purchasing, negotiation, inventory coordination, and timely material procurement, preferably in the manufacturing or steel industry.

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.

* Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate rates, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

* Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) as per company requirements.

* Coordinate with internal departments to understand material and procurement requirements.

* Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and other required items.

* Follow up with vendors for order confirmation and timely delivery.

* Maintain purchase records, vendor databases, quotations, and procurement reports.

* Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders in coordination with the accounts and stores teams.

* Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

* Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and approval procedures.

## Eligibility Criteria

* Any Graduate; a degree or diploma in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering is preferred.

* 2–5 years of experience in purchase or procurement.

* Experience in manufacturing, steel, engineering, or industrial procurement is preferred.

* Knowledge of ERP or SAP procurement modules will be an advantage.
