Purchase Executive

Job Location: Hyderabad

Department: Purchase / Procurement

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in Supply Chain or relevant field preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Manage purchasing activities for mobile phones, accessories, and other required materials.

Identify and coordinate with suppliers, distributors, and vendors.

Collect quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize orders.

Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase records.

Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with the inventory/warehouse team.

Track orders, deliveries, and ensure timely availability of materials.

Verify invoices, purchase bills, and supplier documentation.

Maintain vendor records and evaluate supplier performance.

Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, Sales, and Management teams.

Ensure purchases are made at the right price, quality, and delivery timeline.

Maintain proper MIS reports and purchase-related documentation.

Required Skills:

Good negotiation and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of MS Excel.

Vendor management and follow-up skills.

Good analytical and decision-making abilities.

Knowledge of mobile phones and accessories is an added advantage.

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple purchase requirements.
