Purchase Executive

Role Description The Purchase Executive role at HeadFox is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Purchase Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including processing purchase requisitions, preparing and issuing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers for timely delivery. Daily tasks include evaluating vendor quotations, negotiating pricing and terms, tracking inventory requirements, and ensuring that purchases align with budget and quality standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate purchase records, collaborating with internal teams to understand material needs, and supporting continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in purchase orders and purchase requisitions, with the ability to handle documentation and workflows accurately.
• Candidates should possess skills in purchase management and procurement, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
• Candidates should possess strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing or consumer products procurement is beneficial.
• Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel or procurement software are preferred.
• A diploma or degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
