Purchase Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage purchase orders from creation to fulfillment, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Develop strong relationships with vendors through effective communication, negotiation, and issue resolution.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate prices, and select the best fit for the company's needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the purchasing process.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in buyer activities or related field (e.g., procurement).
• Strong understanding of PO (Purchase Order) management processes.
• Excellent price negotiation skills with ability to build strong vendor relationships.
• Proficiency in purchase vendor development and purchase operations.
