Purchase Executive

*Job Summary:*
We are looking to hire dynamic Purchase Executives to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and
purchase negotiations for our pharmaceutical export operations. Ideal candidates will have prior purchasing
experience and strong communication + negotiation skills.


Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Procurement & Ordering*
- Handle procurement of materials, services, packaging, and office supplies as per company requirement.
- Process purchase orders on time and ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Warehouse, Production, and Sales for purchase planning.
*2. Vendor Management*
- Source new vendors, evaluate quotations, and negotiate best price + terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and quality standards.
*3. Documentation & Records*
- Maintain accurate purchase records, GRN, invoices, and vendor files.
- Prepare MIS reports on monthly purchase, cost savings, and pending orders.

*Experience:*
- Min *1+ year* as Purchase Executive / Procurement Executive preferred.
- Freshers with strong negotiation skills and B.Com/MBA can apply for junior role.


Skills Required:*
- Strong vendor management and price negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication in *English + Hindi* written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Purchase documentation, and PO processing.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and coordinate across departments.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS on purchases is an added advantage.
*Relevant Department Experience:*
Candidates with experience in:
- Purchase/Procurement in Pharma, Chemical, FMCG, or Manufacturing companies
- Vendor coordination in Export/Trading companies
- Office Admin + Purchase in corporate setup
