Purchase Executive

We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for our ongoing construction projects having 5-10 years experience . Candidates with previous experience in Construction and infrastructure sector are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle procurement of construction materials, equipment, etc.
• Identify, evaluate, and finalize vendors and suppliers
• Collect quotations, prepare comparative statements, and negotiate prices
• Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO)
• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project schedule
• Coordinate with site engineers, stores, and accounts departments
• Maintain vendor database, purchase records, and documentation
• Monitor material quality and ensure compliance with specifications
• Track market rates and optimize procurement cost

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA in Marketing or Supply chain Management Course
• Proficiency in Software ERP systems and MS Excel
