Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the purchase of Civil, MEP and Finishing materials for construction projects.
• Support the team in collecting quotations, preparing Comparative Statements (CS) and checking rates.
• Coordinate with vendors for quotations, orders, deliveries and pending materials.
• Assist in vendor identification, development and basic rate negotiation.
• Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain purchase-related records and documents.
• Coordinate with Site and Stores teams to understand material requirements and ensure timely supply.
• Maintain vendor details, quotations, purchase rates and delivery records.
• Support the Purchase Manager/Head in vendor finalization and day-to-day procurement activities.
• Learn and follow the companys procurement procedures, SOPs and approval process.

Candidate Profile / Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement; freshers with relevant knowledge or internship experience may also apply.
• Graduate in any discipline; Diploma/Degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain or Procurement will be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of construction materials will be preferred.
• Candidates interested in building a career in Construction/Real Estate Purchase are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, follow-up and learning skills.
• Basic working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• ERP knowledge is an advantage; FARVISION experience will be preferred.
• Should be willing to work with site/project teams and vendors and handle day-to-day procurement requirements.
