• Quotation from Supplier
• Prepare Comparative Statement
• Prepare Purchase Order
• Follow-up
• Delivery
• Vendor Search & Vendor Creation
• Has worked or used Strategic ERP

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing Purchase Requisitions: Understanding Project Materials requirements from site with required make, specifications.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, price, and delivery reliability.
• Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to secure favourable conditions
• Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement sourcing strategies, including issuing RFQs/RFPs and analysing proposals.
• Purchase Order Management: Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues with suppliers.
• Compliance & Analysis: Ensure compliance with company policies, maintain records, and analyse spending trends for cost-saving opportunities.
• Project Coordination: Co-ordination between HO and Project sites team/end users.
• Vendor Base: Knowledge of Vendor base at Pune/Maharashtra, Other states in India.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely procurement to avoid shortages.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering /Science/Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Generally, 2-5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Strategic ERP software and Microsoft Excel & Words and Power Point
• Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Construction /Infrastructure Projects supply chain management, logistics, and vendor management
