Job Location: Panipat, Haryana
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to support procurement activities, vendor coordination, order follow-ups, and timely availability of raw and packaging materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in procurement of raw materials and packaging materials
- Collect quotations and compare pricing from vendors
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on purchase orders
- Ensure timely delivery and availability of materials
- Maintain purchase records, documentation, and ERP entries
- Support the Purchase Manager in day-to-day procurement activities
- Coordinate with vendors across locations and travel Pan India as required
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2+ years of experience in Purchase / Procurement
- Experience in Animal Feed, Cattle Feed, Poultry Feed, or procurement of Grains such as Maize/Corn/Rice preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
- Willingness to travel Pan India
