Job Summary:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities for E-Surveillance projects, including CCTV, networking, and other hardware requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement of CCTV, IP Cameras, NVR/DVR, networking equipment, and accessories.
• Identify and coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Track orders, deliveries, pending materials, and vendor commitments.
• Coordinate with Project, Logistics, and Technical teams for material requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, vendor data, and MIS reports.
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive pricing and timely delivery.
• Ensure required materials are available as per project timelines.

Required Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in CCTV, security systems, networking, or IT hardware.
• Good knowledge of vendor management and negotiation.
• Strong MS Excel and MIS reporting skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and timelines.
