Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement of materials, vendor coordination, and cost control for interior and construction projects. The role involves timely purchasing to support smooth project execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Procure materials related to interior fit-outs and construction works as per project requirements.
2. Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
3. Obtain quotations, compare prices, and finalize vendors based on cost, quality, and delivery.
4. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.
5. Coordinate with site engineers, QS, and project managers for material requirements.
6. Track material delivery schedules and ensure on-time supply to sites.
7. Monitor material quality and resolve issues with vendors if any discrepancies occur.
8. Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation.
9. Assist in cost control and budget monitoring.
10. Coordinate with accounts team for billing and payment processing.
11. Maintain inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.
12. Support vendor negotiations and rate finalization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma / Graduate in Civil Engineering / Supply Chain / Any relevant field.
• 2 to 8 years of experience as a Purchase Executive in interior/construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction and interior materials.
• Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and ERP systems.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in interior fit-out, residential, or commercial projects.
• Ability to handle multiple site requirements simultaneously.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
