Purchase Executive

• Assist in managing suppliers and procurement of materials, equipment, and services
• Identify new suppliers and negotiate agreements
• Prepare quotations, comparative statements, and purchase orders
• Process invoices and coordinate with accounts for timely payments
• Maintain purchasing records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Support continuous improvement in purchase and logistics processes

Preferred:

minimum 6 months to 2 years in Marine Procurement
Alternative: minimum 6 months to 2 years in Procurement & Logistics (shore-based organization)
