Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Procure construction materials, equipment, and site-related requirements.
• Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Create and process Purchase Orders (POs).
• Coordinate with site engineers and vendors for timely material delivery.
• Track pending orders and ensure uninterrupted material supply.
• Maintain purchase records, invoices, and vendor documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Engineering preferred).
• 4 to 9 years of procurement experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of construction materials and vendor sourcing.
• Good negotiation and analytical skills.
• Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.
