Job Description

We are looking for a Purchase Executive with experience in procurement for plumbing, fire-fighting or MEP projects. The candidate will be responsible for timely procurement of project materials while ensuring competitive pricing, quality and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end purchase of plumbing, fire-fighting and MEP materials.
• Source vendors, obtain and compare quotations and negotiate prices.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with project/site, stores and accounts teams for material requirements.
• Ensure materials are procured as per BOQ, specifications and project requirements.
• Maintain purchase records, quotations, POs and vendor details.
• Develop new vendors and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers.
• Resolve issues related to quality, pricing and delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement, preferably in MEP, plumbing, fire-fighting or construction.
• Good knowledge of plumbing and fire-fighting materials.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management and quotation comparison skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
• Experience with ERP/purchase software is an advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
