Titan Pharma Plus Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced professional to join our Procurement Team (API Division)

Position: Executive / Senior Executive - KSM, Intermediate, Solvents (API Division)
Experience: 5 to 10 Years Relevant
Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra (Corporate)
Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Job Overview: To manage the procurement of Key Starting Materials (KSMs), intermediates, raw materials, solvents, and packaging materials for API manufacturing. Ensure uninterrupted supply, cost optimization, vendor development, and compliance with quality and regulatory requirements..

Roles & Responsibilities-

Strategic Procurement & Sourcing

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for KSMs, intermediates, solvents, and commodity chemicals (domestic and international).
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify new vendors (primary and secondary) to ensure cost competitiveness and supply reliability.
• Conduct price negotiations, annual rate contracts, and long-term supply agreement

Vendor Management:

• Maintain strong vendor relationships, monitor performance, and drive supplier improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate vendor audits, technical discussions, and documentation (VQ, TSE/BSE, and regulatory declarations).

Material Planning & Coordination:

• Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Quality teams for timely availability of materials for commercial and new product development
• Share material cost data with R&D for RMC calculations and arrange samples for PDL trials.

Import & Logistics Management:

• Handle import procurement, documentation, and coordination with CHA, customs, and logistics teams.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as Advance License, 100% EOU, and bonded warehousing norms.

Commercial & Cost Management

• Conduct market analysis and track price trends for critical materials.
• Plan and manage purchase budgets, fund utilization, and MIS reporting.

Indirect Purchase:

• Oversee procurement of engineering spares, consumables, and lab materials required for plant maintenance and QC operations.

Systems & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to internal audit, SOPs, and ERP (SAP MM / Tally) systems for all purchase transactions.

Education:

Any Graduate, or MBA in Supply Chain / Material Management

Desirable Skills & Competencies:
Strategic sourcing and negotiation
Vendor development and performance management
Import/export operations and documentation
Cross-functional coordination (R&D, QA/QC, Production)

Cost optimization and market analysis
ERP proficiency (SAP MM/ Tally)
Strong communication and analytical abilities

Maintain documentation for audit readiness and regulatory compliance Finance to understand requirements.
