Purchase Executive (Off Roll)

Role & responsibilities

• Purchase Order (PO) creation and processing
• Vendor coordination and follow-ups
• Maintaining procurement records and MIS reports
• Working on ERP systems for procurement activities
• Supporting day-to-day purchase operations

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-3 years of experience in procurement/purchasing
• Hands-on experience with PO creation, ERP systems, and MIS reporting
• Knowledge of any ERP system
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Excel
