Job Profile

KRA:

1. Material Requirement Planning

2. Procurement of Material/ Services

3. Vendor Development.

4. Module Handling (System) w.r.t. Purchase.

Job Description:-

1. Preparation of Enquiry documents

2. Handling annual & monthly materials requirement for various sections and manage JIT supplies.

3. Ensure availability of inventory as per BT requirement .

4. Procurement of materials , equipment hiring and services as per budget and SLA timelines.

5. Present purchase plan / review / MIS on periodic basis.

6. Control material cost.

7. Close co-ordination with CFT teams and provide weekly updates

8. Maintain and Ensure ITR clearance and Pending PO closure

9. Maintaining of Vendor Database of existing and new vendors for all categories

10. Ensuring GST and other needful statutory compliance

Requisite Qualification

Degree in any discipline / Diploma in Engineering (Civil/ Mechanical)

Requisite Experience

Degree 3 yrs & Diploma -5 years of relevant experience
