Job Description:

• Handle procurement of construction materials as per project requirements.
• Source vendors, collect quotations and prepare comparative statements.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Prepare Purchase Orders and follow up for timely material delivery.
• Coordinate with Site, Engineering, Stores and Accounts teams.
• Develop new vendors and maintain existing vendor relationships.
• Ensure cost-effective procurement without compromising quality.
• Maintain purchase records and procurement-related MIS.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement.
• Construction / Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
