Purchase Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage procurement processes from RFQs to PO issuance, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, terms, and conditions.
• Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations on material selection for projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

Job Requirements :

• 3-7 years of experience in direct purchase or procurement role in the engineering & construction industry.
• Strong understanding of costing principles and ability to analyze costs effectively.
• Excellent negotiation skills with vendors to secure best deals.
• Proficiency in preparing RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and managing vendor responses.
