Position- Engineer/ Executive

Qualification- Similar relevant fields

Experience- 02 to 08 Years

Annual Package: 03 Lacs to 05 Lacs p.a.

Location: Ajmer (Rajasthan)

1. JOB PURPOSE

• Coordination with Purchase / PPC 
• Regular follow-up & updates on pending items with the Purchaser 
• Regular Fallow up with Critical Vendors 
• Searching for new vendors for Single Source Items 

2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Coordination with Purchase / PPC 
• Regular follow-up & updates on pending items with the Purchaser 
• Regular Fallow up with Critical Vendors 
• Creating Purchase Orders in the ERP in case of any emergency 
• Searching for new vendors for Single Source Items 
• Disposal of Dead Stock 
• Status for Pending GRN 
• Status for Rejected Material 
• Status for Pending Job Work items  
• Preparation of Reports Such as MR- PO Tracker, PO Status
