Purchase Associate

• Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
• Sourcing materials, goods, products and services and negotiating the best or most cost effective contracts and deals
• updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock
• Maintaining data's in excel
• Purchase order and follow up items
• Coordinating with marketing till dispatch

Required skill set

• good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
• the ability to follow client specifications
• Hands on experience in excel / advance excel
