• Experience in working with numerous client/stakeholders simultaneously
• Experience working within NSO environment
• Completing Web Publishing activities within CMS
• Working with templates and wireframes to meet customer requirements
• Quality assuring all production tasks completed
• Ensure on-time global delivery of production requirements to the highest quality standards
• Communicating effectively withinternal and external stakeholders
• Overall focus on Customer Service and Satisfaction
• Work effectively with Global teams on all production tasks

• Ability to lead communicationseffectively across multiple diverse marketing, reporting and editorial teams
• Ability to work self-sufficientlywithin a team environment
• Excellent communication skills viaemail, reports, presentations and working with clients.
• Have excellent computer skills(Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Strong knowledge of HTML, XML, CSS,JavaScript. Would be beneficial
• Ability to solve problems, showinitiative and enthusiasm and attention to detail.
